 What if my heart gets broken?

Just as you have fallen in love, it is also possible for you, or the other person, to fall out of love. Most people fall in love more than once before they find a long-term partner who is ready to fully share the emotional journey of loving and being loved.

When you are emotionally hurt, it's important to be kind to yourself, and distract yourself with things that make you feel good. Try to talk to the people around you who care about you. While there is no easy remedy, and a lot of time may pass before you feel ok again, you may find perspective, consolation and useful advice from hearing that others have been there too.

Going through heartbreak can feel like being underwater when you need to breathe. We build our lives with someone we trust and care for, and then, in the blink of an eye, it's all gone. This can leave people with sorrow, anger, and some serious questions  about ourselves and the future

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REKINDLE YOUR LOVE?

Is it possible to rekindle a marriage or a relationship? That of course depends on what issues or problems are or has caused the marriage and/or relationship to collapse. Almost all relationships can be saved with the right approach and strategy as long as the reasons for its deterioration is not violent or abusive behaviour.

What happens when 'THE YOU AND ME ~ AFTER ALL' falls apart ~ and your left with all those dreams? and you realize that the 'AFTER ALL'  WAS just a SONG and a DREAM?

Forever you and me ~  After All.....

SADLY ~ IT WASN'T FATE ~ AFTER ALL

And how can you mend a broken heart ?
How can you stop the rain from falling down ?
How can you stop the sun from shining ?
What makes the world go round ?

Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again.

An Affair has ended

A Soul-Mate has ended

A Love of Your Life as ended

What do we do?  Do we want to mend it or is it too far gone?

Do you still love that person?

These are all questions you should ask before you really part ways.......do you still love that person?

You will know that you love someone 
when you want him/her to be happy.....
Even if that means you're not a part

of their happiness.

Often times we say goodbye to the person
we love without wanting to..... 
Though that doesn’t mean that we've stopped
loving them or we've stopped caring....... 
Sometimes goodbye is a painful way to say

I love you.....

Another interesting Scenario ~ the Love of your Life ~ your Soul-Mate ~ Your Everything has broken your heart ~ but says can we be "Special" Friends?  What does that mean?  

FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS??

Tough Question ~ how does he/she define the word 'FRIENDS'? ~ AND IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Being in a relationship, you share alot of memories. Some make you cry, others make you happy but overall saying goodbye means putting all of them in your back pocket and moving on even if it was not the greatest of times, they are still memories. Sometimes, couples promise friendship but most of the time it results to more broken promises and broken hearts.

My opinion is:  

When Friends become Lovers and then break-up ~ it's difficult for those two people to remain and/or become Friends again............but it's a choice the two people have to make ~

Tis better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all." It might not feel that way, however, when a romance ends and a friendship with your former love is the last thing on your mind. Nevertheless, if you maintain a friendship after breaking up, you can increase your social network, enhance your self-esteem and even pave the way for new romance. In most cases, it is possible to stay friends after a break-up, no matter how sad or angry you might feel. Salvage what's left of your relationship and you may even help speed your own healing process.

Even though your heart is breaking and you have tears in your eyes and sadness that fills the depths of your soul you must get on with your life..............I know it's hard because then comes the regrets and the second-guessing yourself ~ what did I/We do wrong ~ sometimes things work out for the best even though at the time it may not be what you want to hear......

A friend of mine gave me the perfect phrase for this section of my WebSite..............

The ending of "LOVE" is sad and it does break your heart ~ but 'IT IS WHAT IT IS' and most of the time nothing can be done to mend that Broken Heart ~ you need to move on and remember the MEMORIES ~ some sad, some happy ~ but they are YOUR memories and no-one can take them from you ~ no-one♥

I believe you have to continue to get up every morning, put one foot in front of the other and go about your everyday life.

Live everyday to the fullest

Go to work everyday

Get married

Have children ~ YES LIVE EACH DAY WITH A SMILE ON YOUR FACE AND LOVE IN YOUR HEART....

Yes, I said LOVE in your Heart ~ even if your Heart is Broken.
